技术要求
1.材料需作如下试验
(1)同冶炼取试样作化学成份分析
(2)同冶炼炉同连续热处理取2%,但不少于两套试样作机械性能试验(σb,σs,δ,Ψ)
(3)同冶炼炉同连续热处理取2%,但不少于二套试样作冲击试验(αk)
(4)对每一件测定硬度(HB)
2.材料调质后,机械性能
(1)σb=700 N/mm2/
(2)σs=500 N/mm2/
(3)δ5=15 %
(4)Ψ=45 %
(5)αk=58Nm/cm2/
(6)HB=230~260
3.零件需按JB/T1581-85作超声波检验
4.检修时发现:
1) 主轴有裂纹,必须更换.
2) 主轴轴径磨损或拉伤严重,必须要修复.
Technical requirement
1. The material shall be tested as follows
(1) Chemical composition analysis of samples taken with smelting
(2) 2% of the same continuous heat treatment with the smelting furnace, but not less than two sets of samples for mechanical properties tests (σb,σs,δ,Ψ)
(3) Take 2% of the same continuous heat treatment with the smelting furnace, but not less than two sets of samples for impact test (αk)
(4) Determine the hardness of each piece (HB)
2. Material after tempering, mechanical properties
(1) σb=700 N/mm2/
(2) σs=500 N/mm2/
(3) δ5= 15%
(4) Ψ= 45%
(5) alpha k = 58 nm/cm2
(6) HB=230~260
3. Parts shall be ultrasonic inspected according to JB/T1581-85
4. Found during maintenance:
1) The spindle has cracks and must be replaced.
2) The main shaft diameter is seriously worn or pulled and must be repaired.
